The developer was building a modern new-build villa in the Calvià area with large-format windows as the central architectural element. These dimensions, which define the character of the property, required mandatory exterior sun protection. The challenge was twofold: the high ceilings left very little space to house the roller, and the maximum width of the windows left little margin for recessing the side guides into the construction system.
 

The Renson Fixscreen exterior blind allowed us to meet all the demands of the project. With the capacity to reach 7 metres in length and 3 metres in height, it was adapted to the actual dimensions of each window and integrated into the structure of the property from the construction phase itself. The result is effective sun protection, visually clean and completely coherent with the architecture of the villa.
