In this penthouse with a large terrace with incredible views, we have created a unique space thanks to the sun protection provided by two bioclimatic pergolas with glass curtains. They offer the possibility to use a space that was continuously exposed to the sun and wind all year round.

The bioclimatic pergolas protect a large terrace with a double function: a dining room and a lounge. They protect the furniture and fabrics underneath them, thanks to the impermeability they bring when closed. The solution for this project was the RENSON Camargue, with adjustable slats that can be easily and quietly operated by remote control. They can regulate the entry of light and adequate ventilation in just a few seconds. The pergolas were combined with sliding and pivoting glass curtains that provide protection from wind and rain, thus providing year-round use of the terrace.
On the ground floor, a Markilux 8800 conservatory awning with lateral cover guides protects the balcony and three roller blinds with screen fabrics made of fibreglass, with an opening rate of 5%, protect the window from being damaged, while at the same time preserving the views.
Finally, we chose double protection for all the windows: an outdoor Supergradhermetic roller shutter with tilting slats and an indoor blackout pleated blinds with Cell fabric, which has an inner cell, similar to a beehive, which guarantees 100% opacity and high thermal insulation..
